1. Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of Thakeel Al-Arabia ("Thakeel", "we", "us"), an online marketplace operating across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• •Listing: any equipment, rental, spare part, worker profile, business profile or job posted by a user.
• •User: any individual or company with a Thakeel account.
• •Verified: a user whose identity, license or business registration has been reviewed by Thakeel.
• •Platform: the Thakeel website, apps, tools and related marketplace services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, message and document you upload. You must provide a real name, working contact details and only list items you have the legal right to sell or rent.

4. Listing Rules

• •One unique listing per machine — duplicates are removed.
• •Photos must be of the actual item, not stock images.
• •Prices must be a single value or a clear range in a real currency.
• •Location must reflect where the item is physically located.

5. Prohibited Activities

• •Misrepresenting ownership, condition or specifications.
• •Listing stolen, sanctioned or non-compliant equipment.
• •Bypassing Thakeel chat to scam or harass users.
• •Posting outside the categories supported by Thakeel.

6. Platform Services

Thakeel provides discovery, communication and visibility services. We do not process payments between buyers and sellers, do not operate escrow, and are not a party to any transaction concluded between users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Thakeel name, logo and platform are owned by Thakeel Al-Arabia W.L.L. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Thakeel a licence to display it on the marketplace.

8. Liability

Thakeel is a marketplace, not a party to transactions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thakeel is not liable for the quality, legality or performance of equipment, services or contracts between users.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Kuwait City unless otherwise required by GCC consumer protection rules.
